Guest guest
I'll tackle the sheepskin question. When we do yoga and particularly Kundalini, we are working with energy. The sheepskin insulates against loss of that energy. A turban does a similar thing for the head. If you ever noticed that cling that happens when you take a synthetic fiber out of the dryer? That is exactly what happens with a synthetic pad and your aura and meridians. It not very peace inducing. You can use a cotton, wool or whatever natural fiber mat to practice on and if you go to a yoga center and all they have are foam pads or gummy mats then bring your own blanket or towel to put on top of the one they provide. I also suggest bring something to put over you during the layout afterwards.
