Guest guest
Hi, I am new to this board and practice kundalini yoga. I am interested in the origins of kundalini yoga. Was it practiced in India many years before it was brought to the states? Why was it not OK to teach yoga here? I have several yoga videos and two yoga books. I mostly just play around with yoga and the energy. I haven't really committed to a set yet because I would like to here more from the members in this group about success stories of people who have committed to a certain set for a certain problem. I would appreciate any advice on starting a yoga practice. I am hesitant to practice the meditations because I am not sure I believe them or understand if they really work. Does this make sense to anyone? I guess I am seeking the truth as all good yogis do. Please write, Sat Nam Greg

Guest guest
Sat Nam everyone, The mantra WHAHO has been taught by Yogi Bhajan in the meditation for guidance 5/27/74 and also in two meditations for opening the higher centers. These are both documented in Kundalini yoga meditation manual for Intermediate students. Sincerely yours Hari Sant Singh Kindness has no defeat. Caring has no end. And touching people's hearts is the only language God knows. ___________ SikhNet - http://www.SikhNet.com ___________ Get Sikhnet News by E-mailing: SikhnetNews-on
