Sat Nam Mary,

It sounds like some old stuff is coming up to be released.

You might want to ask yourself what has changed since I started KY. Are

there any old beliefs I may subconsciously be holding on to? According to

Louise Hay, the life nerve which is also known as the sciatic nerve deals

with thoughts of being hypocritical, fear of money and of the future. The

heart represents the center of love and security. Let go and let God.

(There is another book out called Permanent Healing which I do not yet have

but perhaps someone from the group can give you that input.)

If you would like the affirmations for the above I would be happy to e them

to you.

Blessings,

Samantha

No specific technique but there are so points to observe. If a person is

chanting through a barely open mouth that they are certainly working from

a small contracted place in their self. I like the 2 finger rule. You should be

able to fit 2 1/2 fingers vertically in the space between your

teeth. If you are opening your mouth than that has an effect deep in the psyche.

There is a disconnect for many at the jaw between the mind and

heart. This is where we store pain and repress expression. You ever notice

someone talking through clenched jaw? What you want to do is the polar

opposite. Let the eyes fall down toward the tip of the nose, breath deeply and

let the breath and sound come from deep in the abdomen. You will

integrate the heart in this process. Smile and resonate. This is bliss.
