The website & also the book authored by Shakta Kaur Khalsa).I get up at 4:00 am have my bath do the warm-up excercises( ky.org web-site) and then i perform the following : *Bow pose with breathof lion 30 secs *Camel Pose 30 secs*Frog Pose 17 times *Celibate Pose 30 secs*Tuck & Bounce 12 times*Power Breath...............15 secs followed by meditation 10 mins But since 3 days i am not feeling well my body-temperature is always high though i donot have fever.i feel very tired and sleepy as time moves on..........
