If you are one of the many that needs coffee to get moving in the morning that you have been "goosing" your adrenals. However, you can goose the adrenals quite well even if you don't drink coffee. If you have been getting by through "bootstrapping" and not feeling your connection with people and the universe around you then you are goosing the adrenals. There are many postures that help with this. Try pelvic lifts long and slow for a couple of minutes. rest for 3 minutes or so and then reach forward and grab your toes and surrender to the breath for several minutes. Play with this. Lower back tightness relates directly to the diaphragm. Tightness in the diaphragm prevents prana circulation to the heart. The heart if felt fully and filled with prana will overflow, like a bucket of water, and nourish and bathe the adrenals with that prana. and again I must say.... STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD!
