Guest guest
Hi All, I'm putting together a class focusing on the pituitary gland, centered around a kriya found in Rattana's Chakras manual. I'm looking for a meditation to compliment the set -- does anyone know of any meditations specifically for the pituitary or to balance the glandular system? Also, I know the pituitary is related to the sixth chakra and is the master gland of the body, but can anyone tell me more, specifically, about the function and what benefits come from working on it? I'd like to gather some readings to share with my class. Thanks in advance! Best, Jai Gopal K. Great stuff seeking new owners in Auctions! http://auctions. Guest guest
>From "Permanent Healing" by Daniel Condron "When pituitary is not balanced, one is refusing to receive and interpret perceptions accurately……The remedy - When receiving through the senses, keep an open mind. Do not allow preconceived pictures to cloud perceptions. Once impressions are received you can aggressively use them for thinking and drawing conclusions." "When pineal is not balanced one is turning away from the true Self……The remedy - The true Self is the inner you. The real Self knows only forward motion, forward learning and growth. Identify with moving forward in life. Have an open mind to new learning and new opportunities. In other words, stop and appreciate the flowers but don’t open a flower shop" When we are practicing yoga/meditation we are cultivating the connection between the two. We are opening our minds/self, clearing our perceptions and then remembering to relate to our expanse...not letting the limits define us.
