But lately I have been having some kundalini like symptoms such as tingling in the bottom part of the spine,out of body experiences(to where i couldn't move the body),rushing sound in my ears,a fierce stomach fire, and cooling. I have my third eye visible and other points on my body have bumps or dots. I'm beginning in Kundalini as a whole. I have second chakra problems due to fear from the first. And this seems to occupy my life quite a bit. Being easily afraid and also hearing voices, does anybody have any positions or advice for me to get me thru. I'm on medication which is doing nothing to my condition but make me tired and pollute my liver. I don't have a teacher but am looking for one in the area of Michigan. By surfing the web a little bit i came across this book called serpent fire which has said that all schizophrenics are just risings. This brought alot of relief to me and my family.
