Guest guest
I would like to know if anybody knows where, perhaps on the Internet, I could find foods listed in terms of acid or alkaline. I was just trying to find something like that with no luck. Does anyone know if acid alkaline is related to yin & yang foods in the macrobiotic diet? Re: survivor: I'll have to watch survivor this time... I almost got hooked into the last series (never thought I would). But I wonder... why Peter took cologne as his choice of a luxury item? Hope to see him using KY as a survival tool. Thanks, Devinderjit
Guest guest
Get a book by Arnold Ehret called The mucusless Diet and you will find acid and alkaline foods within the book.
