Guest guest
I have a student who is in her late 30's or early 40's, and a mother of two adolescent boys. She is trying to get pregnant without success, even with hormone injections in her ovaries. Intercourse has become painful for her, but not due to vaginal dryness. She asked me if there was anything yogically she could do--kriyas or diet. Please advise. My guess is the problem is partially psychological. Thank you, Pamela/Nirmal Kaur
Guest guest
Acupuncture and Chinese herbs have helped 2 of 3 friends who were previously unable to become pregnant. One of these woman was a real tough "nut"....totally Type A and tense all the time. Now she is so round she can even tie her own shoes. Guest guest
Hello, Would do you mean type A? Do you mean blood type? This correlates to the question that I had before about liver. Don't you think that fertility/womens problems relate to liver? I would like to find out more about that since I am dealing with similar problems. I am using accupuncture treatment, which is wonderful. However, I still have irregular periods, and it's taking longer than usual to stibilize it. Any suggestions? I am looking into yoga for help. If anyone can give an advice, I would greatly appreciate it. Guest guest
Agali, why don't you get the book "Your Body's Many Cries for Water" By F. Batmanghelidj, M.D. - - an unlikely title - dealing with most physical problems and dis-eases. You might also try milk-thissle, sold also as Silymarin . It will help detoxify and help heal the liver. (At your health-food store) Best of luck. ..Namaste, Ruth - - - - - - - - - "agali " <agali find out information about KY and improving liver function/ fertility/ regulate period > > "OUR DESTINY IS TO BE HAPPY" > - Yogi Bhajan > > You can UNSUBSCRIBE from this list at the Groups Member Center (My Groups), or send mail to > Kundaliniyoga > NO UNSUBSCRIBE REQUESTS TO THE LIST PLEASE! > WEB SITE: kundalini yoga > > KUNDALINI YOGA ON-LINE TRAINING. Guest guest
In addition to Gururattan's advice about liver sets you can also look in Shakta Kaur's book "Kundalini Yoga" p. 102 Let the Liver Live.
