Thank you for your experience, ideas with things to try and the love that

comes thur when you answer any of our questions.

In my classes, I lose a few not ready for KY yoga but overall I have such a

mix of ages, anywhere from 20's to 80's and I always try with every one of

them to reach them just where they are at. with such an array of ages or

experience in what they can do I'm moving some classes towards altered

postures, breathing, etc. and some others into more intensity with posture

and breathing and I always like the end with chanting and meditation helping

them fine a connection with their own energy and the divine. We do much more

then just an exercise.

I have another question. In the ashtanga style of yoga they do no yoga

during a full moon for particular reasons, one being you can get hurt and I

don't know what else. The full moon energy is wonderful energy, and I have

never been told not to do Kundalini Yoga during a full moon and I personally

do a lot of meditation time during this time so what is the position Yogi

Bhajan wants us to follow during the full moon time? I know there are certain

breathing and meditation mantras in your books.

You know as long as we trust and surrender to the divine, God or whatever you

want to call it, we'll be just fine.

Thanks again so much,

Sat Nam,

Crystal (Siri Tapa Kaur)
