Guest guest
Hi Laura, It wasn't easy getting up but I did. The energy cut through the difficulty once I was there. The energy even cut through my negativity around the musical abilities of those playing the meditation. (God never gives us more than we can handle) That is when meditation is best, when we are most disturbed about something. There was a tremendous "lightness of being" for all of yesterday. I had to really confront myself with certain reminders when the the thought of just going back to sleep persisted. Such thoughts as "for all that this man has given us me.......", and "what kind of life might I have had without this yoga and community", or "might I even be alive". These are something less than fully conscious thoughts at 1:40am to be for sure. See you in the Amrit Vela, Dharam Singh Laura Ainsworth wrote: > The focussed loving meditation was profound, to say the least. I am greatly > moved by the touch of hearts around the world.
