Guest guest
Perhaps I missed the response, but what is a Super 7 Stone? I have been having problems sleeping through an entire night, also for about the last year. I've tried everything it seems: meditation, yoga, herbs, less food at night, melatonin, different beds, different rooms, different positions, sleeping alone and with a partner, Reiki, earplugs, music, prayer, etc. I don't have trouble going to sleep, but waking up in the middle of the night and staying awake every night. The only thing that somewhat helps me sleep for about 4-6 hours is getting to bed no later than 10:30 p.m. and a combination of kava kava/testosterone/melatonin in 4 capsules before bedtime (a health food store product called "Met-Rex" (I think). I seem to wake up every night about 3:15 a.m. or 4:00-4:30 a.m. for about an 1-2 hours. Sometimes, I've gotten up and tried something else, like cleaning the house, reading, meditating, and finally falling asleep. I try sleeping on my left side to close off the nostrils, and Reiki, but unless I take the capsules, I have trouble going back to sleep. I thought it was due to menopause, because I wake up with a heat sensation after dreaming. Once my body temperature cools off, can I go back to sleep, which means taking off clothing, blankets and putting on the fan in the middle of the night. Is it peri-menopause or kundalini? namaste, cathy Sports - Coverage of the 2002 Olympic Games http://sports.
Guest guest
Hi Cathy. I find that for the last year I need much less sleep-waking after 4-5 hrs. of sleep(no matter what time of day I sleep-due my diferent shift of work in the hospital) and feeling good. Once I read that we spent too much time "trying "to fall in sleep and worrie thst we r not sleeping. This thoughts also could be a reason for not faling to sleep. Anyway, I 'm taking an estrogen , couldn't bare sweats and heat. And also waiting for info about 7 stones. You didn''t misse it...BTW did you ever tryed valerian root(capsuls)+ with Calcium? All the best. Sat Nam. Nicole > > ===== Walk In Beauty Sports - Coverage of the 2002 Olympic Games http://sports.
Guest guest
Cathy I cannot help you with the Super 7 Stone, but can tell you to go to your healthfood store and ask for natural products for night sweats etc. Rejuven-Aid by Nature's Way is great but there are many other ones as well. - -. For inability to sleep take 5-HTP , Kava and Melatonin (like 1 each). Since it is the heat that wakes you, try the natural Estogen/progesteron products first. - - - Watching my breath and thinking Sat Nam has helped me several times to go back to sleep.
