Arms and legs up 90 degrees with LDB* 3. Push – pull legs 18” w/ arms along side 4. Cobra pose w/ tongue out and eyes wide open 5. Cat – cow 3 mins 6. Baby pose 7. Triangle pose with alternate limbs held for 3 mins. Switch sides 8.
