Guest guest
In chinese medicine, waking a different times of night is related to problems with different organs. Years back I was seeing a Chinese accupuncturist and she said that my waking up at 3 am, and not being able to get back to sleep was related to my liver. Each hour relates to a different organ. Does anyone have more information on this? Now I wake at 4. I guess I should just get up and do my sadhana. Then my problem wouldn't be a problem.
