Guest guest
This is my first post to the group. My name is Karen and I am a 46 year old woman. I have recently left a bad 20 year marriage and am redefining my life. On my new path, I arrived at Kundalini Yoga. After taking Saturday morning classes for about a month, I attended White Tantric. I couldn't make it through the whole time. I had to leave an hour early. I felt such pain, both emotional and physical. Now, I'd like to take Gururattan Khalsa's love workshop in April in Palo Alto, but I'm not sure if I can handle all day workshops. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Sat Nam, Karen B. Guest guest
Dear Karen, > Now, I'd like to take Gururattan Khalsa's love workshop in April in Palo Alto, but I'm not sure if I can handle all day workshops. My workshops and White Tantric yoga are entirely different. White Tantric Yoga is a major cleansing. I usually take days to recuperate from the intensity. My workshops are fairly easy and meditative. If you get tired you can simply lie down and rest. And it is only 5 hours with breaks. We might have one meditation for 31 minutes, but no longer. We have a good time. I wish everyone could come. You are so lucky, you live close. Hope that helps Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
Welcome-my advice is to ask the teacher. An all day workshop will not be like the challenges of white tantric.
