There have been many discussions about hormones, changes we women go thur and

there is a book that may help those with all the questions. I know it has

helped me and lots of friends. The book's name is What your Doctor may not

tell you about Premenopause by John R Lee, MD and Jesse Hanley, MD.

The book explains how the body works in regard to the hormone levels and how

this affects us. There are suggestions for diet, herbs, a hormone cream and

several other things. I've had mood swings, not sleeping, being ultra

sensitive about things, crying, etc. This info has helped me and the cream

they suggest has helped and I always try to get my KY yoga included in my

day. Sometimes I start out dragging through the beginning of warm-up due to

all of my stuff with PMS but if I just stay with the kriya and meditation, I

pull out of where I'm at and I feel good again.

Hope this will help you too.

symptoms and has been having a lot of problems with

menopause..I think this book might help her.
