Sat Nam,

 

Thank you. This is a very valuable email. But how is any women searching

for info on menopause ever going to find it in the future with "no subject"

as the title? The same goes for Digest no. whatever. We were looking for a

letter last week to use information on the www.kundaliniyoga site and

couldn't find it for this reason.

 

Please be more conscious about putting appropriate titles on your letters.

Conscious action and thought is one our our main life challenges and goals.

KY opens the energy and space for consciousness. Then we must train

ourselves and practice on a moment by moment basis.

 

No free lunches here on planet Earth, but the meal is good if we prepare our

fare with loving awareness.
