Guest guest
Sat Nam, Please recommend a kriya and meditation for negativity in a family. There are a lot of layoffs in my area, and families are suffering from the loss. The primary provider feels unproductive and useless. Blessings and thank you, Nirmal Kaur

Rose, I have found that what bothers me about certain people is nothing more than a reflection of what characteristics that I do not like about myself. Sometimes it is hard to see or accept it but generally it is true. Try to become aware and change these aspects internally and see if the situations start to go away. Guest guest
Pray for that person. Pray that this person receives everything they want in life, and wish for them everything that you want for yourself. Pray for them every day for 2 weeks and see how your attitude changes. It works, it really does. Sometimes when I am angry with someone and do this, I get so pissed off that I have to pray for them, that it makes my problem with them seem really silly! funny! elle - "Rose Chandler" <dharma480 > Sat Nam, > I feel very wronged in this situation and am experiencing anger towards this person. How can I turn this anger into forgiveness and send him good vibrations to help him grow, receive love and healing? _______________ Join the world’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com
Guest guest
One personal thing I did given to me from a massage therapist. I wrote a letter to this person who wronged me and I was so full of anger, almost turning to hatred. I wrote a letter of forgiveness. I didn't list circumstances or specific issues, I merely stated that I forgave this person. I gave it with 9 roses. 9 is supposedly signifying something along the lines of surrender. It worked. There are moments of frustration or anger, but they quicly dissipitate. And Prayer. And a little book called The Four Agreements. Guest guest
Dear Rose, > I am having a difficult time with negativity. A person I know has done some terrible things. I feel very wronged in this situation and am experiencing anger towards this person. On the other hand I also feel sorry for this person for the karmic debt he continues to create for himself. How can I turn this anger into forgiveness and send him good vibrations to help him grow, receive love and healing? In addition to the great responses recevied so far here is another idea. Investigate the possibility that part of your anger is for taking responsibility for someone else at your own expense. It seems like you may feel more inclined to care take this person than yourself. When we do this we attract situaitons where the other person must and does push us away because we are not supposed to give away our power and put others above our own identity and well-being.
