K is certaining pumping moreso. Yogiji says that the Z(tantric related)

energy is very big in Anandpur Sahib due to the meeting of the foothills of

the Himalaya and the plains. There is also a mountain on the backside of the

area that has been called the "Eyes of Shiva" on the the entire planet. Guru

Gobind is an incarnation of Rishi Dash Davan and Rishi D.D. is said to be an

incarnation of Shiva.....wild stuff to say the least.

I really do put great importance into having my channels flowing. I don't

even jump into a cold shower until I done several minutes of navel work and

breathing. I want to be prepared for the shock.

I feel fine (fingers crossed). Doctor Sham Rang said to watch out for

changes in my urine color. That would indicate fried kidneys. None of that

and I was able to play 1 1/2 hours of full court B-Ball a day later with

15-22 olds.(I'm 45!)I held out okay.
