Hello all,

Last year there was quite an extensive discussion on mosquitos and how to

repel them. Someone posted an elaborate breathing exercise which was

supposed to be very effective but unfortuately I cannot locate it in the

archives. If anyone knows where it can be found I would be very grateful

for the information.

Sat Nam and thanks,

Avtar K.

>3 - Breath in: draw breath from the base of the spine up and forward, to

>4 - breath out: let the air flow out along the back of the hands.

>5 - breath in: draw air through the palms of the hand, bringing it to the

>front of the chest, and splitting it to the shoulders, using it to expand

>the shoulders rearwards.

>6 - Breath out - allow the air to flow from the shoulders, to merge around

>the throat, to flow down along the chest and belly, to split in front of

>the genitals and to flow down along the front of the legs.

>7 - Breath in - draw air from the bottom of the feet, along the rear of the

>legs, to the buns, to the back, and along the belt line to the front,

>drawing it up to the heart, BUT NOT HIGHER.

>8 - Breath out - allow the air to flow down, into the base of the spine.

>9 - Breath in: draw air from the base of the spine to the belly, allowing

>it to stretch the belly and internal organs.

>10 - Breath out: allow the air to expel, as if forming a skirt of air and

>setting down to the ground.

Have fun!

Ronen.
