I went to the reference you gave on Gururattan's site for Kirtan Kriya / Sa Ta Na Ma Meditation. (I'm doing it as a 40 day sadhana at the moment.) kundalini yogakyt14.html It seems to be slightly different from what I read in the book, 'Sadhana Guidelines'. 'Sadhana Guidelines' - says to do 5 aloud, 5 whisper, 11 silent (it doesn't mention continuing the mouth / tongue movement), 5 whisper, and 5 aloud. Gururattan's site - says to do 5 aloud, 5 whisper, 10 silent (continuing the tongue movement), 5 whisper, 5 aloud, then 1 listening to the sound, experiencing the L-form and not moving the fingers. Should I be continuing the tongue movement for the whole silent period? I haven't been doing this. I'd be grateful if you could advise which method to follow.
