Guest guest Posted April 9, 2002 Report Share Posted April 9, 2002 It would have been so easy and "normal" to stop chanting once the tears started but it's the speaking (chanting) through the tears that seems to bring our disparate parts together. It may look a little funny (my ex used to laugh at me when I did it during Sadhana meditations). Thanks for relating your experience.
