Guest guest
Welcome! I also started on the KY path after years of Hatha... and I can definitely relate to the "switch" reference! I am attending the Master's Touch teacher training for Kundalini in the Fall, is that the one you are looking at, or another program? SAT NAM elle ____________________ www.nirvana-yoga.com ----Original Message Follows---- ebayerdg <ebayerdg Hi everyone, My name is DiAnne. I reside in San Antonio, TX. I start my KY classes next week. I've been doing Hatha Yoga for a couple of years now. If all goes well, I will start the teacher training in October. I recently attended a KY class with Gurunam when he was here at Dancing Moon and that flicked a switch that is only yearning for more. I downloaded all lessons and put them in a book to start practicing. I hope to share and learn much in this forum. Guest guest
Dearest Linda try to find someone who can help you with KundaliniYoga. HathaYoga is missing a lot, what KundaliniYoga can give to you. HathaYoga is good for your body, KundaliniYoga knows there is not only a body, there is also a soul, which needs the contact with God, you can clean emotions and work with your breath... Guest guest
I can tell you that my first experience with Hatha was in a classroom setting. I soon took up buying tapes, then DVDs and found that the teacher was following Patricia Walden to a tee. You can get some of her stuff at www.livingarts.com. They're sometimes pricey, so compare at buying these from amazon.com or bn.com. I also got a DVD called Weight Loss Yoga (hatha) that's very intense and beautiful. Let me know if you want any more info. I'm not a great reference as I am still learning, but would be happy to share anything I know.
