Guest guest
You actually need to understand this path (Dharma) a little before you can ask questions about the faith. Empty ritual is criticized in the scriptures. Take the opportunity to read some if given the opportunity. Certainly Kundalini Yoga has brought many of us to the "door" of the Guru but what each of us has done at the point varies tremendously. Some sit at the door showing intent, some feel a need to go inside, others have a need for community. Still others have a knowledge of the power of the Shabad Guru and have reverence for it in all of creation. I am always hesitant to say I am a Sikh because that is a label and labels stop the flow. .....and you are right, this path is fascinating. Guest guest
Thanks Dharam. I appreciate your input. I am basically looking at Sikhism from a sociological standpoint, but can't help being drawn into the scriptures for their beauty, lack of judgment, and honesty.
