Guest guest
Do you know why soap works well with grime? The grime and the soap have enough in common that one acts as a solvent for the other. Mantra has the same power with powerful negative feelings. There is an element of authenticity to both languages except one delivers and the other destroys. Honor your anger deliciously through the chanting Wahe Guru, Sat Nam or any of a number of mantras. Take it to heart. Chant with the same intensity that comes up when you think of this person or any situation. This is called Pratyahar. To remember "the Oneness", the whole of which you are part, and to resonate from that integrated sense despite what thoughts, pains or feelings come is Pratyahar. Saying "Wondrous Bliss", "Thank You God" instead of being annoyed or distracted is to be established in the inborn self-generative, self-healing power of your being. >From this inner source flows the healing force that nurtures and sustains the harmonious, healthy functioning of the physical, mental and emotional bodies. Train your mind, project your mind and much can be realized. Rose Chandler wrote: > Sat Nam, > > I am having a difficult time with negativity. A person I know has done some terrible things. I feel very wronged in this situation and am experiencing anger towards this person. On the other hand I also feel sorry for this person for the karmic debt he continues to create for himself. How can I turn this anger into forgiveness and send him good vibrations to help him grow, receive love and healing? I would greatly appreciate any responses. > > Peace & Love, > Rai Kaur
