Guest guest
Sat Nam, I am having a difficult time with negativity. A person I know has done some terrible things. I feel very wronged in this situation and am experiencing anger towards this person. On the other hand I also feel sorry for this person for the karmic debt he continues to create for himself. How can I turn this anger into forgiveness and send him good vibrations to help him grow, receive love and healing? I would greatly appreciate any responses. Peace & Love, Rai Kaur
Guest guest
Dearest Rai Kaur and dearest Ruth, no, it's not too simple, it's the way, - it was very late yesterday, I wrote the same, and then I thought: No, it's too simple, so I didn't send it. But now I'm happy that someone gave this advise. Often in live, the things which seem too simple are the things who work much more than others. Send this person, love, peace and light and bless her. There is a simple prayer, - Gurunam shared it with many people: Love before me Love behind me Love at my left Love at my right Love above me Love beolw me Love unto me Love in my surroundings Love to the universe Pray it loud and say the same sentences with Peace before me.... and with Light.... Send it to this person..., you can do it also with Christ..., you will feel a great power, it's amazing.... There is a "little" bit more, perhaps it's not a correct English, but I think you will understand the sense: Christ in the eyes of those who look on me. Chris in the ears of those who hear to me. Christ in the hearts of those who think off me. Christ in the hearts of those who speak off me. Christ in the hearts of those I may have affended directly or indirectly. May the light be with them. So it is. So it be. Amen. Guest guest
Sat nam Rai Kaur, A wise man said that anger can serve us. He also said that when it appears to sit with it and see what it is that is causing the anger within yourself. (Not quite in those words.) Anger can be very healthy and it alerts us when something is wrong. So perhaps you can sit and meditate on your anger and the forgiveness will come. Blessings to you.
