Guest guest
It's not the meditation, per say. One can be spaced for a few different reasons. Sometimes when prana and apana are rebalancing this can happen. An example would be someone (you might know him) who spends a majority of their time working just to cover bills and not enjoying themself. To me this is an "apana". Then this person does a powerful pranayama and they have a bunch more juice flowing through them but they are still relating through the old lense. Yogiji has said we need to do the emotional work. He doesn't say it everyday so people forget. Ya' gotta do the emotional work. We can't just try an figure everything out with our heads. Peace out, Dharam ajana6chakra wrote: > Sat Nam, > I got back Monday from a Sunday teacher training (Kundalini) > class and I was really spaced and didn't get details on this. Guest guest
Thanks Dharam, not the answer I expected, but good insight. "An example would be someone (you might know him) who spends a majority of their time working just to cover bills and not enjoying themself." Yeah, I might know him, hmmmmm... Yes I admit I'm still stuck in the left brained world, but its getting better. I'm learning to live in the heart center more, instead of the head, old habits are hard to break! Thanks for the feedback Sat Nam Brad
