Guest guest
Dear Rai, You are not the first and undoubtedly will not be the last to face seemingly unchangeable and also limiting situation. I will try and sum up in a nutshell the things to consider in moving from this space. If you need further elaboration on anything then please write back. 1) Realise that you have created this situation in the first place. It may not seem like it from the stuck viewpoint or identity that is being assumed but if you can move back from this you may see the earlier goal or desire to have this situation. (It may seem illogical at the human level, but at the spiritual level we make goals for the sake of game, so it might be something like to suffer, to experience the feeling of suffering which for a spiritual being who is not trapped by the body can be fun). The problem being faced now is that we have become stuck in the fixed identity of the body and its role in life. The only way to let go of the dramas is to get passed the fixed identity we assume and see what is behind the veil. 2) Love the thing you fear… It may not seem possible so develop a space of love in your heart through meditation or focussing or directing K energy into your heart charka. Do this without any attention on the thing that is a problem. Once you have created this space of love then move the situation into this space and let go of it (i.e. don't hold attention on it) or project the love onto the situation. This will help free up the solidity of it and dissolve some of the blocks. Within the heart also comes wisdom and you may have insights on how the thing came to be and also how to move on. If you get the insights on how it came to be – you realise your original intentions then let go of these if they no longer serve you best. You can use any technique which serves you well in letting go (e.g. Give it up to goddess, Clearing, TAT, EFT etc…) 3) Never try to control or project your wishes on to the other person. For the situation to brake down or dissolve you need to exit from all involvement – that includes the willingness to fix it. If you have the willingness to fix something you are also mocking up the situation itself and any limitations of it and allowing it to persist. Let it go, let go of your attachments and involvements to the situation. Let go of your beliefs and ideas about it. 4) Don't desire to send out good vibes or provide help unless you are guided to by higher spirit / goddess / their higher spirit / or the person themself. When you are in a position / ready to do this, people will seek you – they will smell you out spiritually. Don't go looking! Doing so can have karmic ramifications for you. My mother is of ill health and I could provide much assistance to improve her health, but higher self tells me she has to live out the rest of her life like this and she will learn what she needs to when she dies. For me to interfere now could shake her reality and she is not ready for this in this lifetime. So I don't interfere. 5) Don't feel sorry for the other people involved either. It might be that you feel sorry for yourself because you can't do something. They are living their life and their games as it was meant to be for them. Not everyone is on the spiritual journey! Well hope this adds some value. In love, Rich
