hi linda noorlander,

 

i am nabil rizkallah from, next door, lebanon.

 

i have been, for 15 years, on maharishi's hata/raja yoga,

 

now, i am on gururattan khalsa's kundalini yoga.

maharishi's hata/raja yoga is no match to khalsa's kundalini yoga,

 

i recommand strongly this yoga,

it is much better than any other yoga,

also, the organisation is good.
