One was off-topic, and the other two had not adhered to our posting guidelines. I will reiterate once again, for the benefit of all. This is especially important at a time when the list has become very busy once more. You must edit your replies. Only include directly relevant material from the previous message and delete everything else - all other preceding messages and especially all old message footers or trailers. Keep submissions on-topic - for example, I do not mind a discussion comparing Kundalini and Hatha yoga, but not one about Hatha yoga. Finally, if the subject of a message drifts, then amend the subject heading, so that folk know what the message is about before they open it. The list will work much better for everyone, if everyone works for the list, and remembers to apply these rules. Sat Nam!
