Guest guest
Sat Nam, Armando.. Some yogis have more prana readily available?! Some must work it up. I began doing a one-minute breath meditation, that worked up ALOT of prana, heat, fear, you name it. Just listen to your inner voice, ease up, rest a day. There is nothing wrong with doing pranayam. I've been doing exclusive pranayam, left-right nostril breathing, 6 mins breath of fire, with muhlaband, and Sat Kriya. I get "pressure" at the back of my head pretty quickly, like now. Its natural. So is the heat. You may be able to release some of that energy with spinal flexes. I also learned that if you focuse at the 6 chakra/3rd eye that you dissipate the "pressure", keep doing it off and on during the day. I similar syptoms a few years ago while doing the above meditation. I was advised to back off to 11 mins a day 3 days/week, do more asanas than anything else, and relaxed in corpse pose for 11 mins/day for 30 days then go back to the meditation. I did all of this and I was able to go back to the meditation and work up to 2.5 hrs. Just be gentle and do a little at a time, rest alot. Maybe eat some grounding vegetables, beets, onions, carrots (?), etc.. The beets, escpecially the juice, really helped me. Blessings..
