Keep your foundation so you integrate as you go along your path. And allow your conscious connection with your breath and what it will tell at this time. 20-20-20 breath is a must. "Inhale 20 secs, suspend breath without straining, and as consciously as possible exhale for 20 seconds. Allow yourself to be confronted(?) by this. Work up to 11 minutes. If 20 seconds has you jumping out of your skin go for 15 seconds. Start with 3 minutes minimum. Master your breath and you'll master your mind."
