Guest guest
Hi Brad, Sat Nam, Thankyou for your information, Americanhorse is my married name. My husband is Northern Cheyenne, im part Cherokee if that means anything, I walk the red road of life, which means that my spiritual way of life and the life I live is that of the American Indian. The Elders teach, do not let yourself be snagged into the idea that one way is the "only way" or one way is better than another, simply seek that which works for you and allow spirit to enter into it. I love the ky training and the meditations, they help me with the native american ceremonies I do with my husband. And which meditation and how long, well I do the early morning meditation, what I do is sit in easy pose and I do deep breathing in through my nose and out, and I say ong namo guru dev namo a few times untill I feel very calm, and I close my eyes and remain very silent and do not move for 31 minutes. I have experenced the colors that the people speak of, except I thought that I was seeing the colors of my Aura through my meditation, i've had pictures taken of my aura and they are the same colors I have seen in my meditation. The deep purple, the greens, the blues, even some gold and mauve. All these colors were on my aura pictures taken at different times, the one constant color was the purple crown that came from the top of my head all the way out of the top of the aura picture in a V shape. I just called it my purple crown. Anyway that is the only meditation I know how to do, at this time. but It makes me feel wonderful and many blessings have come my way since I have started. Im learning more everyday from the computer reading the ky training and the emails from the group. I just love it, I have made it apart of my everyday life, and spiritual practice, and as far as fear, well im a very brave spirit, I just went back into my meditation, I would'nt let anything scare me out of something so wonderful and beautiful, it's such a wonderful way to cleanse your spirit, when you can't get to a sweat lodge..."AHO" Health - your guide to health and wellness http://health.
