Thanks Dharam Singh, I will start the Nabhi Kriya set

tomorrow, and the 20-20-20 breath, I have been doing

the spinal flex set, I will add this to my exercise, I

will have to go slow with this one however, because it

requires lifting the legs, I have some problems with

my hip and lower back due to a car accident I had

several years ago. Sat Nam, Valerie

Valerie, the 20-20-20 (one breath/minute) was what I "kick-started" my

Kundalini.

It had a great "cleansing" effect for my chakras, not to mention my head. It is

pretty

powerful but several of the pranayam meditations are, like Sodarshan.

Good Morning Brad,

the "one minute breath" aka 20-20-20 breath is something that I gleamed from

from some old lecture of Yogiji's. If my memory serves me

correctly he said finish all yoga sets with it.

He mentioned more recently at a Summer Solstice about 3 years ago. At that time

he was saying to do 11 minutes each, and in this order, Sat Kriya,

Kirtan Kriya, Sodarshan Chakra Kriya and finish with 20-20-20. That's what I

remember. I am sure he talks about it more often than that and if I

lived in Espanola I'd hear about it more often.
