Guest guest
Hi JBell, No visualization for this breath. Eyes are relaxed toward the tip of the nose. Inhale 20 secs, suspend breath without straining, and as consciously as possible exhale for 20 seconds. Allow yourself to be confronted(?) by this. Work up to 11 minutes. If 20 seconds has you jumping out of your skin go for 15 seconds. Start with 3 minutes minimum. Master your breath and you'll master your mind. Do this after you've done your yoga. A lot of folks think their done after they done their yoga and/or meditation. Build that bridge between your disciplined effort and your "walking" self.
