Guest guest
I am going to try mantra meditation, but I want to be sure and pronounce things the right way. First, "SAT NAM". Does "SAT" rhyme with "hat", and does "NAM" rhyme with "jam"? Also, with "NA MO", does that rhyme with "nah no"? Guest guest
Hi Adam We now have this online - go to kundalini yogaprep.html At the foot of the section on Tuning In you will find a link to a Real Audio clip - taken from Sat Jiwan Singh's Song of the Gong CD, available from www.yogatech.com You will need Real Player installed on your system first. There is also a link to the Real Player site in case you do not. They have a free version available from there. Sat Nam!
