Guest guest
Dear Angad, www.yogatech.com/kundaliniyogameditation.html is a great quick energizer and stress releaser. There is a whole section in RElax and Renew www.yogatech.com on stress reduction in 2-11 minutes especially for what you are teaching. There is also a set to remove negativity which is short and very effective. Seven Wave meditation is very relaxing and I highly recommend it too. It would be a good one for them to do before going to bed and after a busy day. The first one above is good for afternoon to get more energy. It is a navel breath exercise. Let us know your results. > students (patients) are willing to participate in an outcome study assessing their mental state before and after an eight week daily yogic intervention. Most are new to Kundalini yoga (and yoga in general), and our once a week classes have been ongoing for just 6 weeks. This sounds great.
