Guest guest Posted April 30, 2002 Report Share Posted April 30, 2002 Sat Nam All, Can anyone advise me on the workout (hathayoga) that I need to adopt to adapt to 42 degrees summer heat in Hyderabad, India. Presently it is very hot over here and I am confused as to what to do - whether to go for asanas, do pranayam etc., Basically, in the morning, due to coolness, I could not wake up thus postponing my plans for yoga and except on holidays I don't have other alternatives.
