Sat Nam All,

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Jason Kim. I have been

practicing KY for about 8 months and it has brought me a great sense of peace in

my life. I feel overwhelmed with love at times for the people. I have been

observing the exchanges for a couple of weeks and I am very much heartened by

all the people who are undergoing the same experiences that I have gone through

while looking forward to new experiences. There was, however, an experience

that I went through recently that I haven't read about as of yet and I was

wondering if anyone experienced something similar or if someone could explain it

to me.

I was performing the Kirtin Kriya meditation when I found myself overwhelmed

and immersed in another "state". I was no longer "sensing" things but I was

sort of there perceiving at a different level some rather odd imagery. There

were disc like figures with these infinitely complex and intricate designs on

them like etchings, and there were crystals of similar complexity and I was able

to perceive it all and rather instantly... I don't believe I was in this state

for more than 30 seconds, probably less. I was terrified and I stopped the

meditation, and forced myself to sleep in the middle of the afternoon.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? If so could you share it with me.

The Kundalini releases that I have read about sound more physical than what I

went through.
