Hi to All

 

Please note that especially at this time when the list is so busy, it is

essential to only send stuff that is on-topic. I have already stated on here

last week that I do not consider discussion of Hatha Yoga to be on-topic.

 

Many other recent threads could also be considered to be off-topic.

 

Remember, we are here to talk about Kundalini Yoga.

 

If anyone has any KY-based solutions to this problem, then please go ahead

and answer Sukumar.
