For some reason my responses to the forum keep getting returned, including my letter to Gordon about this problem! However, I wanted to respond to your question. I have found two things very helpful and it is what I teach to students. First, is asking yourself what is behind the anger and feeling the fear and the emotions underlying the anger, so you know what you are working with. Second, the mul mantra. It is said that chanting it 11 times will help relieve and ultimately work out fear and I agree. The Har Har Har Har Gobinday......... works for a lot of people to, but step one is a necessary adjunct in any case. There is also a teaching that says look to which of the ten bodies is not working very well and you will see how to master your fear. Seva Simran P.S.
