Guest guest
Hi and Sat Nam DiAnne, I began to think negatively > of the class, that it wasn't physical enough, yada > yada. During the night I had mostly bad dreams and two > specifically of the teacher. Your mind and its myriad of thoughts and symbolism, and fears working overtime. > emotional baggage all around me. > class is good for me, class is bad for me? It gets better. We make ourselves sick with all of our thoughts, and fantasies, virtually all of them baseless. I've had it put this way to me, "can you act on it?", if not then its worthless. Stay with me on this. In the movie Appollo 13, they don't tell the crew they have no flight plan for re-entry, meaning they'll fry. Why? The boss said "can we do anything about it? No. Then why tell them?" I know I used to have the same nueroses. Now I just watch them float harmlessly by. One way I look at Kundalini is the striving for neutrality. My own progression came slowly but with steady practice. Teacher is bad, imagination is hyperactive? I'm really > looking forward to advice, suggestions. You got half of it, IMAGINATION (MIND)IS HYPERACTIVE. And if you don't give it something to do, it'll go off on anything and everything. My advice is to stick with the intuition or whatever process it was that made you decide to go to KY class in the first place. Our "small voices" are always there most of us just forgot how to use them. Also, start a practice (sadhana, pronounced sod na) at home, thats where I made rapid gains. Blessings..
