Guest guest
Good Day! I was just doing the Anger Set this morning, when it came to sticking your tongue out and panting from the upper chest for 3-5 minutes, I zoned out for some reason and panted with breath of fire, which made me drool like a hairy dog on a hot summer's day. I continued, but found the drooling so silly, I was getting sort of a silly high, which really did dissolve any anger I may have had. I feel great!. Question, I did the same exercise with only upperchest breathing and did not drool, but did not feel as exhilarated....am I misinterpreting upper chest breathing...which to me means light and shallow (only from the upper chest).....is it okay to replace breath of fire for this part in the anger set...permanently? Lightening up is one of the best ways to release and detach from anger. Question, I did the same > exercise with only upperchest breathing and did not > drool, but did not feel as exhilarated.. I don't think it was the drooling per say. I think it was the intensity and release of the breath. If you drool that is fine, but not necessary. (So others don't try to drool :+) ...am I > misinterpreting upper chest breathing...which to me means light and shallow (only from the upper > chest).....is it okay to replace breath of fire for > this part in the anger set...permanently? Panting upper chest breath is not light. It is very powerful almost like your are grasping for breath. It does involve the navel too when you really get into it. I incorporate a combination of pumping navel and deep panting that moves the upper chest. It seems to be similar to b of f, but more inclusive. It is intense when done correctly and with abandon. (So drooling could very likely happen.) Try engaging both upper chest and navel. It is a rebirthing breath. It activates deep programming. As a consequence the release is powerful.
