My face lately has become red and I am experiencing grinding of the teeth, especially during sleep, but occasionally during the day. I have a lot of 7th chakra activity, and auric colors appear around people and objects. I feel as if my energy is off or blocked. Can someone recommend a meditation, mantra... Is this common? My life seems very normal and I would have to say that I do not experience a lot of stress in my life. All in all, I am very blessed. My family is getting concerned...
