Guest guest
Sat nam! I am doing a 40-day Ra Ma Da Sa kriya where I keep my arms up at 20 degree angles (or 10 and 2) for 11 minutes. My left arm (my less strong side) has really begun to ache in the morning after my kriya. Does anyone know of any joint pain remedies? I heard soy milk and turmeric (golden milk) might help. I want to work through the pain-- don't want it to keep me down. Lanzone

Keep the energy moving by even doing some arm exercises afterwards and massaging that arm and shoulder for a few minutes. This is a good policy to follow any meditation with challenging arm positions. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
