Lurker comes out...

Hi everyone,

Nice to meet. I have been lurking your list now for a couple of weeks and I

have learned a great deal. I know nothing about Yoga to be frank so it has

been an eye opening experience.

I doubt i will have much to share with you all becasue I don't know a thing

about Yoga... AND I thought it only fair that if I am out here I say hi.

I am experiencing my own K and it sent me out looking for folks to learn

from. I believe I have been experiencing it since I was about 7 years old,

when first I began seeing energy move between people. It has been a long and

interesting ride. Particularly not having a clue what was going on inside of

me.

When the tremour hit and those times when my budy is just a buzzing away, I

was always quite sure I was going mad. At times others did also. You can see

me shake from across the room sometimes. Well since discovering what K was

and that it is happening to me, I have been far less alarmed.

A couple of months ago, I had myself put on Paxil to relieve some of the

symptoms. It was necessary and has served me so far. At least now I can slow

down enough to separtate whatis happening into it's different chuncks, so I

can go with it rather than panic.

There is just so much going on all at once, I can barely stand it sometimes.

I haven't noticed any lessening of my K abilities as a result so for now it

is how it must be. My boyfriend and I are working hard to make a situation

so I don't have to work for a while so I can get of the meds and ride this

out to a comfortable level. We hope anyway.

And that is enough about me. Just wanted you to know who was lurking.

Lurking is too mcuh like ease dropping for me to not say a word.

So nice to meet you all and thanks for all you are teaching me. I appreciate

you.
