Yogasana during Summer

Thanks a lot for the advise. But one question -- Can

I do a 45min. asanas besides pranayama during say 8:00

p.m. in the late evening. For, that's the only time I

can be free, after my duty. I just tried it y'day,

it works wonderful to keep the body temperature intact

(may be I too a kapha type).

 

Please give your suggestions.
