Guest guest
Thanks a lot for the advise. But one question -- Can I do a 45min. asanas besides pranayama during say 8:00 p.m. in the late evening. For, that's the only time I can be free, after my duty. I just tried it y'day, it works wonderful to keep the body temperature intact (may be I too a kapha type). Please give your suggestions.
