Guest guest
Dear Krishan Shiva Kaur, I am also teaching since 2 and a half year now and I can really follow your feelings, as I am faced sometimes to the same problem. I have not very much experience and I feel, that all the knowledge I have gained so far is still a tip of the iceberg and it will need a lot of time of digging and working and learning and practicing and Sadhana... One sentence was really helpful for me, which I got told from my teacher: " What is the difference between a teacher and a student? A teacher is very often only one lesson ahead!" So don't be scared, just stay at least one lesson ahead! I try to prepare myself for every lessons, review the kriyas and make my notes, do the set a couple of times, check the meanings of the mantras, prepare the room (by walking around and burning a half stick of incents) and get some minutes in silence in advance. Everything else is then in the hands of god.... You have to prepare yourself as good as possible and god will then give you the students, the answers and the challenges. Sat nam and be blessed, not only while teaching, Ardash Singh
Guest guest
Sat Nam Krishan Shiva Kaur, Every teacher knows what you are going through. While chanting Ong Namo I say a prayer and ask God not to let the students suffer because of my inadequacies. Keep going. It will be looked after. Sincerely yours Hari Sant Singh Kindness has no defeat. Caring has no end. And touching people's hearts is the only language God knows. > > > > > > > > >"OUR DESTINY IS TO BE HAPPY" > - Yogi Bhajan > >You can UNSUBSCRIBE from this list at the Groups Member Center (My Groups), or send mail to >Kundaliniyoga >NO UNSUBSCRIBE REQUESTS TO THE LIST PLEASE! >WEB SITE: kundalini yoga > >KUNDALINI YOGA ON-LINE TRAINING.
