Guest guest
Dear Christa, 'experiment' with white and gold colors to get different sensations/feelings. But I'm not real clear on what you are supposed to do with them. Is this a meditation where you imagine the colors, You can start out by imaginging white and then gold, but you will need to move into feeling what each color feels like and where it resonates in your body. The each manifest in our feeling awareness in very distinct ways. Use this as a gentle, subtle meditation and then let us know what you experience. It is no fun if I tell you in advance. I know most, if not all, of the meditations fall within the 3-11-31 minute range. > It is no fun if I tell you in advance. I agree. I also wouldn't WANT to know what to expect. I prefer to be surprised, so to speak. Thank you again for your assistance. Christa
Guest guest
For me white resonates with the head, sort of radiates out from the pineal. Gold resonates with my heart centre, radiating out from there. Seva Simran Singh
Guest guest
Dear Christa, Is there a specific time? No. This is an experiential thing that you stay with until you get the experience and then enjoy it as long as you are in it or choose to be in it. Guest guest
Sat Nam. I know there is a meditation for each shakra you using the color(red, green, blu and etc.) according to color of shakra. You breath in this color concentrating on that particular shakra and watching it fill all your body, hold in to it and then let it out. If you have any parts of your body which needs healing send the white or gold or silver color to it and when exhaling see this color become grey and durty - means that it took your inpurity and problems out with your breath. I hope it helped. Let the universe heals us all. Love and Blessing.
