Sat Nam All,

Everyone who is teaching kundalini yoga should try to remember the oath:

I am not a Woman

I am not a Man

I am not a Person

I am not Myself

I am a Teacher

Starting with the little finger, bend the appropriate finger as you

mentally repeat each line.

It can be done just before you start tuning in with your class, as

students are focusing their attention, and they won't notice. It really

works. God will take over.

But while we are on this Planet, we are women and men, and we are made

differently.

That is the fact of this life!

day, she urges everyone

to make an effort to mend a strained or broken relationship. She also

advises everyone to 'accept

the olive branch' extended to them. "Life is too short to hold grudges

or to be too busy for staying

in touch. Inter-connectedness is very healing and life-enhancing.

Hi Deana

True, we are made differently. But when one teaches , one acts as a channel for

pure spirit and that is best facilitated by negating all

identities that are limited. There is actually a meditation at the end of one of

the yoga sets that instructs us to allow awareness of all

physical identities and then say "I am not ____", "I am not _____" until you

have used your negative mind to strip away all these associations to

the point where we reach the consciousness and energy behind it all.....and that

feels real good.
